Dr Patricia Donoghue
In over 25 years practicing as a licensed clinical psychologist, I have helped people overcome a wide range of challenges and issues so they can not just survive, but thrive.
I use an eclectic approach to treatment and will tailor treatment options to your individual needs and concerns. We can work together to successfully develop the tools needed to manage issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, with the goal of leading a more productive, satisfying life.
I strive to work with you to reach a better understanding of your struggles and put them in their proper place. I have a strong sensitivity to cultural/ethnic/religious issues that may influence an individual’s outlook and treatment, and I always endeavor to respect these influences. I work primarily with adolescents and adults and specialize in life transitions, anxiety and depression.
